Consumer Analysis Tools?

Any of you using voice of customer analysis or social listening tools for consumer insights?

My partner and I are considering building a VoC tool that could ethically mine consumer data online , filter it, and present insights in the form of a software (think SEMrush type dashboard).

Would this be of value? What kind of alternatives already exist for this?
