Challenges

The project reached a total of 450 subscribers and generated $4,000/month at its peak last summer. Unfortunately, retention and signups have been declining ever since, probably due to the fast pace of the AI tooling ecosystem and changing workflows. Currently rethinking the project to see if I can bring it back on track.
