Building my pitch deck service

As a founder it is often difficult to scale without funding. It is also hard to get customers without the ability and skill to properly articulate your offer. I've often suffered from that so I decided to use my writing and business skills to create pitch decks for founders. I believe as Indiehackers we can help each other to grow and succeed. So if anyone is interested in my pitch deck services dm. Website launching soon.:)

Two things a founder needs before they DM you, and neither is in the post: the price, and what a deck actually includes. Right now someone has to open a conversation just to find out whether you're in their range, and most won't bother.

Scope matters more here than it looks. Deck work drifts. The founder rewrites the story after slide 12, then wants a separate version for a different investor, and if revisions aren't capped a fixed price turns into hourly work at a rate you never agreed to. I build a billable-time tracker, and the hours people put in past the quote on fixed-price creative work tend to stay invisible until someone counts them.

Do you know how long your last few decks took, start to finish? Without that number it's hard to tell whether the price you're charging works for you.
