A project management (I know, hear me out) SaaS application that actually helps you get work done. Mixing the project management world with out sourcing, for example one of the your task might be 'Build a new endpoint to fetch users like history' - The application would let you select 'Outsource this task', we then orchestrate for this work to be done. The advantages of this are:

• We have context of what needs to be done because you're using our app for project management
• You can quickly and easily outsource small parts of the development whilst you focusing on building what you want

Another idea I have is for a todo app that coaches you and help you complete tasks via a virtual personal assistant. For example let's say you haven't completed the task you've marked as high priority, we reach out and ask what's stopped you completing it and giving you some options to pick from, we learn about your behaviour, what type of tasks you're good at completing or not and try and offer you advice/coaching to get more done.
