Automated Competitive Intelligence

What do you guys think about a simple site that helps you stay on top of your competitors by monitoring & analyzing their landing page?

I know there are ways to do this already but here's what I'm planning to differently:

1. Pricing will be affordable - Current solutions can be very very expensive, my product will start at around 10 USD per month.
2. Sensible change notifications - The product won't just list out raw changes which can hard to understand and quickly become overwhelming. Instead, it'll digest/analyze these changes for you and let you know things like "Hey, the website has added a section talking about some topic" or "Hey, a new feature has been added to the page".
3. Reports in PDF format, delivered in email, weekly - This is what I'm trying to make my magic sauce. Deliver a nice, portable, report of the information above every week to your inbox. You'll be able to customize the reports with things like what you want to focus on (ex: Tech stack, keywords, etc) and will be able to generate reports on demand if needed.

Started doodling around with code for a few weeks but wanted to pick IndieHackers' brains before digging too deep in certain features.
