Ask IH: Indian devs are you facing payment issues for online services?

Any Indian IH devs facing issues when paying for online services like AWS, or DigitalOcean when paying through cards due to RBI's requirements of e-mandates for recurring payments?

If yes, how did you overcome this?

I started having problems only from today.
