Some of those are basic numbers like the project related counts, I use this opensource app named Habit to track a few of them. And a few more, I note them down in my daily journal.

There are two parts to answering this. I regularly reset whatsapp, I backup the most important chats, delete the rest and start fresh.

So every time I do this, I note down the message count before deletion, you can see this in Settings > Data and Storage Usage > Storage Usage > Click on the chat.

There's no easy way to get this count. Hope you use this technique when you need it too.
