Most analytics products are a menu. Motif is supposed to be one line, or nothing.
When the numbers support it, one recommendation. When the week is thin, silence is the correct output. A recommendation with three payments and a wide error bar is a guess with a nicer font.
The model sees aggregates: channel, visitors, customers, revenue, window. Not a visitor row, not an email, not a session. It writes an explanation of the ranking the arithmetic already produced. It cannot elect a different winner to make the story cleaner. If the sentence ever disagrees with the table, the table is the product and the sentence is a bug.
You will have weeks where you open the digest and it refuses to tell you what to do. That is the product working. If you need a weekly prompt even when the table is noise, this will feel unfinished.
When a week is thin, do you still want a tool to pick a move, or do you want it to shut up?
