I’m working on an idea and hoping to get some validation.
The product is a digital platform for contract, who makes it very easy to create, sign and store contracts.
Create
Based on various issues, the desired contract is auto-generated.
E.g. Employment Contract or Freelance Contract.
Sign
Send the contract to all recipients and sign the contract with digital signature.
Store
Store all your contract in one digital platform.
Examples of contracts:
- Employment contract
- Freelancer contract
- Consultant Agreement
- Internship Agreement
- etc.

I think there might be a market in the European, where I am.
How do you think about marketing?
I've seen this business model thrive in US with companies like SpringCM, Pandadoc, Docusign etc. Recently Dropbox acquired HelloSign/HelloWorks (I guess in Europe). There is a lot of opportunity but also it is hard to find the best market fit for your product, specially if it is b2b or b2c, for lawyers or any person... Depending on your target you should look for SEO/SEM strategies (look for Wonder.legal, a french startup, for instance) or businesses interested in what you offer

We have don't have the same features you are describing, but we provide the tools and UI to build them, like an embeddable e-signature flow, and an API for filling out forms and generating PDFs.
Hi @ndbroadbent, nice work with FormAPI. It is definitely a useful product.
I believe that creating contracts for people, it is crucial - and what people find difficult.
I like the idea, because you could offer different types of contracts, even with a generator based on some questions. The contracts could be validated by lawyers. Scalable to several countries.
Any ideas on how to market it?
(Btw before you build the digital signature part, have a look on what’s on the market. Our company has a signature as a service product with API)

Great ideas with the validation by lawyers. And of course I will look for solutions out there for digital signature. But still, thank you.
Unfortunately, no ideas for marketing yet.
But thinking about going niche as a start. Optionally for freelancers.
