John Farrell
Hey, I'm John. Shipping software since 1999, and these days I let AI agents do the heavy lifting (Claude Code, sub-agents, MCP) while I stay in the loop. Most of what I make starts as something I wanted: Pheidi reschedules your running plan when life gets in the way, KT24 Calculator does the Kill Team weapon math nobody else bothered to. I ship a lot, most of it free and just left up. The fun part was never the prompts (sorry, prompt engineers). It's the stuff around them. Code's the easy part. People are the hard one, and the fun one.

- Pheidi0
Solo dev, scratching my own itch. Every running plan I tried assumed I could run on its schedule, not mine — so I built Pheidi. Personalized 5K-to-marathon plans that fit your real life and adapt when things change. Free, building in public.
