I'm building a data pipeline that monitors online communities for genuine, evidence-backed market pain - not guesses. It ingests post from Reddit, Hacker News, and Stack Exchange, classifies them by LLM, clusters semantically similar complaints, and scores each cluster by volume, intent, recency, and growth. Currently focused on SME payments - reconciliation, payment integrations, and accounts receivable. Publishing findings weekly. Figuring out if this works as a paid newsletter.
