Greg is a former CTO who spent 17+ years building Medstrat from a couple of engineers and a freshly-pivoted product into a medical imaging platform serving over 25% of US orthopedic practices, hitting $10M ARR, and getting acquired by a Fortune 500 (Zimmer Biomet). He stayed on as Technology Director through 2026, where he grew the same business another 60% in two years to $16M ARR. Then he left.

Now he's running Beamt — a one-person studio building tools for solo SaaS founders.
