SEEKING TECHNICAL CO-FOUNDER AS EQUAL PARTNER

My background is in SEM-PM-QA and I’m good at wireframe design, requirements, attracting users and fundraising. I have thoroughly researched an idea to solve an untapped area of local online search—Very desired consumer info that Google, Yelp and others aren’t providing. After multiple attempts to build the solution with developers as a side project for them, I’ve learned how to get this desirable content, users and how to monetize it. However, I need a technical co-founder that shares my passion for the problem-solution and really wants to sink their teeth into something that could be huge. I have a great-relevant-short-generic domain-logo that is trademarked, clear plan, wireframes, requirements and initial database for the market I live to dominate first before scaling geographically. I’m looking for a technical cofounder that can build native mobile apps using location services and mobile push alerts that would ultimately be able to handle millions of users.
