As the disabled, solo founder of Groundwork Labs, I do my best to harness my "disabilities" to my advantage. Concepts are developed rapidly in manic states (less expensive than a shopping spree), researched and documented thoroughly on my low days, and near-completion apps are thoroughly QA'd on my normal days. Being disabled doesn't have to mean being incapable of everything — though I understand that's sometimes the unavoidable reality.
